- 2 tablespoons lemon juice or 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1⁄3 cup parsley
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 minced shallots
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄4 cup red wine vinegar
directions
- Throw it all in the blender and blend until its the consitance of a paste.
