Had my vegetarian son & DIL over for lunch the other day & decided on a main-course salad, then fixed several (four, actually) different homemade dressings, & yours was the one most gushed over! I really liked it, & that comes from one who doesn't usually care for the taste of horseradish! Definitely a dressing I'll be serving again! Thanks for sharing it! A great dressing and so easy to make. The ingredients come together to make for a wonderful salad dressing - already on for a repeat! Other than snipping in parsley fresh from the garden made as posted and wouldn't change a thing - perfect for our tastes and has been added to my collection. Thank you Lavender Lynn always special when I can add a great tasting dressing to my favorites.

Great dressing, loved the fact this was really chilled, because I had prepared this yesterday. I followed this exactly, except for the chili sauce, (thought I had some in fridge, but didn't, so made a mixture 1part ketchup to 1part creamy horseradish) in place of the chili sauce. I served on top of iceburg lettuce wedge and some cucumber. Very tasty, and so great I could of taken a spoon and eaten it right from the bowl. Thanks Lavender Lynn!
