ingredients
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
- 1⁄2 lime
- 6 mint leaves
- 1⁄2 lime, juice of
- 3 ounces light rum
- chilled club soda
directions
- Muddle 1/2 lime, chili paste, mint leaves and sugar in a Collins glass.
- Fill galss with ice and add rum, the juice of 1/2 lime and chilled soda.
