- 10 eggs
- 1 lb grated monterey jack cheese
- 1 pint cottage cheese
- 8 ounces Ortega chiles
- 1⁄2 cup Atkins baking mix
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup melted butter
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Put into 9" x 13" greased pan
- Bake for 35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
