ingredients
- 1 green chili pepper, finely sliced
- 1 red chili pepper, finely sliced
- 1 lime, juice only
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup water
directions
- Mix all ingredients until sugar dissolves and pour into a small bowl.
