Chili Cheese Tuna

"Now....I know that this is the kind of recipe that can make people say "Yuck" really quickly, but it's really, really good. I have never had anyone dislike it before. It was my Mom's invention on a day that the cupboards were practically bare and she had hungry kids that didn't want to wait for her to run to the store. We've always put this over saltine crackers, but I also like it over toasted bread. This is a really simple and easy lunch for busy days, and it's great because you probably already have all the stuff in your pantry. I hope you enjoy it!!!"

  1. Tastes fantastic, and really easy to make at home or at work! I also put a little bit of cinnamon for a different flavor. Eventually I'll try this with different cheeses, too! Thanks for the great recipe!

  2. I made this today for a quick lunch. I thought it was VERY easy but the taste could of used a little something. Maybe some cayenne? Either way, I ate it as a sandwich and it was good that way. Thanks for posting:)

  3. Very interesting... it made a very fast dinner (didn't have time tonight to cook much). I used colby cheese and it was pretty good and pretty high in protein too. Thanks
