DIRECTIONS

  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt margarine. Add chili powder, garlic salt, and onion powder. Stir to mix well.
  • In a large bowl, pour margarine mixture over popped popcorn. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and toss to coat well.
