- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1 cup fresh cilantro
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄2 cup oil-and-vinegar dressing
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
directions
- Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
- Divide in half.
- Place half in a zip-loc with steak to marinate for 1 -12 hours (depending on cut of steak).
- Toss the other half with hot cooked pasta.
