    WOW, this is sooooo good! I was a little sceptical I have to admit, but this turned out fantastic! LOVED the taste and texture of this, it was like eating marzipane! YUM! I used applesauce in place of the lemon juice as Im allergic to the latter and due to that I reduced the syrup to 1 tbs, which was plenty sweet for our taste.<br/>THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this keeper, I will make this again and again. :)<br/>Made and reviewed for the Aussie/NZ Recipe Swap December 2011.
