Chicken Wings in Honey BBQ Sauce

Chicken Wings in Honey BBQ Sauce created by SharonChen

One of my favorite Slow Cooker recipes and can easily be an appetizer or a main dish recipe. My Slow Cooker has a removable Corning-Ware crock which can be used on the stove-top, so I spray it with Pam and brown the wings in it which makes this recipe even easier.

Hands down five-star taste. I made these chicken wings with Lee Kum Kee Korean BBQ sauce and halved the honey since the BBQ sauce is sweet already. Loved loved loved the flavor. However, two-hour slow cooking seemed too long for me. My wings were a little overcooked after two hours. Next time, I will shorten the slow cooking time or marinate some wings with the sauce over night, then broil or bake them directly.
