DIRECTIONS

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands until evenly combined.
  • Separate into 4 - 6 equal sized balls. Press each into a round patty.
  • Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill 5-8 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  • Serve each burger on a bun with toppings of choice. I suggest a dollop of tzatziki, some red onion, and lettuce or cucumber.
