DIRECTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Form into patties; grill or fry over medium heat, turning occasionally, until cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F.
  • Delicious topped with Asiago cheese, garlic mayonnaise, and roasted red peppers. Yummy!
