This is delicious and so easy and fast to make! After the chicken was in the oven for 30 minutes, I put some of the warmed sauce and the cheeses on top (I used mozzarella and parmesan), and then stuck it under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese melted. My family agreed that this was as good as what you get in a restaurant. Thanks for this wonderful recipe! I will be using it again.

Very good and easy to make. My hubby loves chicken parmesan and I wanted a special dinner for him tonight. I followed the recipe except I doubled the recipe. I used a 26 ounce jar of marinara sauce. I also used parmesan and mozzarella cheese instead of the cheddar. Very tasty and was enjoyed by the whole family. It's also a recipe made with ingredients I normally have on hand. Made for Fall PAC 2008.

This is a picture of my sweet hubby and me. We've been married for over two years and I love cook. My husband is a very fit guy who works really hard, but loves to eat. All of our friends are wondering how long his fitness will last eating all the sweets I cook! :) I love this website and use it quite a bit. I am a Christian, and I work at a home for troubled kids. I teach music.
All of the recipes that I have posted are my absolute favorites. I will never post a recipe that I have not made myself.
