Chicken Chimichurri Wraps
- Ready In:
- 1⁄2 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 small tortillas, whole grain
- 3 ounces cooked chicken
- 1⁄2 cup red bell pepper, sliced
- Mix parsley, garlic, oil, vinegar, red pepper flakes and salt. Spread on tortillas; add chicken and pepper.
