DIRECTIONS

  • Cook chicken to your preference and tear into small pieces.
  • Place about 3 oz of chicken in with about 1/3 cup of grated cheese onto one side of a tortilla.
  • Add canola oil to frying pan on medium heat.
  • Add one quesadilla and monitor to see if bottom is browned in some places, than flip over and repeat with all tortillas.
