From 1 orange remove a dried peel by wide tapes. Cut into fine strips and from pulp squeeze out juice. Peel and chop the garlic. Mix in a bowl with the butter, zest, garlic and jam.
Wash chicken breast, dry and rub with salt and pepper. Place in baking dish, brush with orange oil. Cover with foil and place in preheated oven of 180 for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes. Put the chicken breasts on a hot dish, cover and leave in a warm place.
