DIRECTIONS

  • Oil pan or flat iron. Place chicken on pan on medium heat. Season with salt, dill, onion powder and creole seasoning. Cook til no longer pink on inside.
  • Cook bacon at the same time to desired crispness.
  • Slice onion and dice jalapeños. Saute.
  • Cube chicken and dice bacon. Mix all ingredients together.
  • Melt butter in pan. Place tortillas on pan long enough to get hot. Remove from pan to plate.
  • Fill tortillas with desired amount of filling (not too full or you cant fold it).
  • Add cheese.
  • Fold tortillas and place in pan. Crisp on all sides.
  • Serve with ranch on the side.
