- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray 9x12 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Prepare stuffing as directed. Let sit.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine soup, veggies and chicken into 9x13 casserole dish.
- Stir until everything is mixed thoroughly.
- Add stuffing on top of casserole.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

This was definitely an easy recipe, especially since we used a fully cooked and shredded rotisserie chicken to speed it up even more! We also used the canned peas & carrots rather than just peas. It was tasty and simple!!! It was great as leftovers, too!!! I think next time I'd add a little milk to the soup mixture and maybe use more stuffing on top!
