- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 10 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup marsala wine
directions
- Cut up chicken in bite size pieces.
- Cut up sausage into bite size pieces.
- Salt, pepper and mix with the flour till coated.
- Saute sausage with olive oil.
- Melt 5 tablespoons butter in another pan.
- Add chicken and cook till browned, if chicken is cooking faster than sausage, move to side until sausage is completed cooking.
- Add garlic to chicken and saute a few minutes till soft.
- Add cooked sausage to chicken.
- Add marsala wine.
- Blend and serve with rice or pasta.
- Note: add more butter, wine and flour as needed to increase amount of sauce.
