  • Cut up chicken in bite size pieces.
  • Cut up sausage into bite size pieces.
  • Salt, pepper and mix with the flour till coated.
  • Saute sausage with olive oil.
  • Melt 5 tablespoons butter in another pan.
  • Add chicken and cook till browned, if chicken is cooking faster than sausage, move to side until sausage is completed cooking.
  • Add garlic to chicken and saute a few minutes till soft.
  • Add cooked sausage to chicken.
  • Add marsala wine.
  • Blend and serve with rice or pasta.
  • Note: add more butter, wine and flour as needed to increase amount of sauce.

  1. Delicious. I cooked the sausage and chicken together in a large skillet and it worked out fine. I added a teaspoon or so of soy sauce at the end just for a little boost and it was delicious. The sauce clings to the chunks of chicken and sausage and is great with wild rice.

Tweaks

  1. Salt, Pepper and mix with Flour till coated is only for the chicken.
