    teaspoons ZATARAIN’S® Big & Zesty Blackened Creole Seasoning

    tablespoons oil
  • 2
    cups water
  • 1
    (7 ounce) package ZATARAIN'S® Yellow Rice

    cup chopped celery
  • 12
    cup chopped onion

DIRECTIONS

  • Sprinkle chicken with Creole Seasoning. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
  • Stir water, Rice Mix, cranberries, celery and onion into skillet. Bring to boil. Place chicken over rice mixture. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until most of the water is absorbed and rice is tender.
  • Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.
