- 6 -8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 14 ounces ketchup
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 pepper, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks, with juice
directions
- Combine everything except chicken.
- Pour sauce over the chicken.
- Bake@ 350 for 1 hour.

This is an easy dish to prepare. We liked the flavors of the sauce together, but it does make a lot of sauce. It had a nice tang to it. I only baked the chicken for about 35 minutes, and the chicken came out very moist. Served over rice as you suggested garnished with chopped green onions. Thanks for sharing your recipe, WJ.
