Very good, I made a couple mods. I coated the chicken with Panko and lightly fried. Continued cooking in a 250 oven while guests arrived then made sauce. I added a few tablespoons honey to taste as my orange juice was quite tart. Then I just spooned the sauce over the cutlet after plating. A sprinkle of fresh parsley and a decorative twist of orange slice and it was a hit!!!

Very good and super easy! This sauce would be wonderful brushed on chicken done on the grill.... since it's still winter here, I'll have to wait to try that later. I can also see this sauce easily used for other meats, like Nyteglori mentioned pork or even steak, etc. I used Smuckers No Sugar Added orange marmalade and it worked great! Thanks for a very easy main course chicken dish!
