DIRECTIONS

  • Rehydrate TVP and reconstitute vegetables according to directions. Heat oil in skillet and saute TVP and vegetables. Add flour, margarine powder, and all spices. Stir until vegetables are well covered. Add water and powdered milk and mix well. Bring to a boil and cook one minute. Serve over rice.
