- 1⁄3 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons cocoa or 2 tablespoons carob powder
- 2 1⁄2 cups almond milk
directions
- Blend Almond milk with cocoa and honey.
- Mix chia seeds and oats.
- Add liquid blend to dry ingredients and stir thoroughly.
- Let sit on counter for 2 minutes, then place in fridge for 2-3 hours.
