DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease a 9X13 inch baking pan.
  • Mix together oats, brown sugar, wheat bran, cinnamon, flour, raisins, flaxseed and salt.
  • Make a well in the center and add the oil, egg, applesauce and vanilla.
  • Mix well using your hands.
  • Pat the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in the preheat oven.
  • Cool for 5 minutes and cut into bars.
