- 7 cups blueberries
- 7 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
directions
- Place blueberries and lemon juice in stock pot, bring to a light bubble, add sugar stirring constantly. Bring to a rolling boil for 1-minute. Place into 12- heated 1/2 pint jars, or 6-heated pint jars. Seal with hot lid. Place upside down on counter to cool. Do not water bath can. Store in a cool dry place for layer consumption. .
- Shelf life is 1-year.
