ingredients
- 1⁄4 - 1⁄2 cup butter or 1/4-1/2 cup margarine
- 6 ounces green giant mushrooms in water
- 1 - 1 1⁄2 cup chopped medium cooked shrimp
- 4 ounces chopped mild green chilies
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 15 ounces kraft Cheez Whiz
directions
- melt butter/margarine in fondue pot, small sauce pan or small slow cooker.
- drain, rinse and press excess moisture out of mushrooms - chop to bite size if needed.
- saute mushrooms in butter/margarine until warmed through.
- add cheez whiz, shrimp, mild green chilies and dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
- Heat on low stirring every few minutes until warm and blended.
