Cheesy Sausage and Rice

    (16 ounce) package ground pork breakfast sausage (I use the spicy however you can use whatever you want)
  • 1
    (11 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 4
  • 2
    cups shredded cheddar cheese (Any kind of shredded cheese will work, I really like the jack cheese blend. -- )

DIRECTIONS

  • Boil the rice.
  • In the meantime, brown up the sausage, drain and add the can of cream of chicken.
  • Put rice in a bowl scoop a spoonful or two of the sausage mixture over the rice.
  • Add cheese to your desire!
  • Eat!
