DIRECTIONS

  • Sift flour, baking powder, salt and paprika into large bowl.
  • Stir in grated cheese and pickles.
  • Beat eggs and milk together.
  • Make a hole in cntre of flour, pour in most of the milk.
  • Keep a little milk back for glazing.
  • Mix to a soft but fairly stiff dough.
  • Divide into 14 portions, fold into desired shapes.
  • Place on baking trays, leave room for spreading.
  • Brush rolls with milk and egg mix, sprinkle on sesame seeds.
  • Bake at 220 C for about 25 minutes or till golden brown.
