- 2 (28 ounce) packages frozen O'Brien potatoes (has bell pepper and onions already in it)
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (16 ounce) package shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) package of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 10 slices cooked bacon, chopped
directions
- Set out Potatoes O'Brien to thaw for 1 hour. Squeeze bags to break apart potatoes.
- Pre-heat oven to 375.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together, (EXCEPT for the 8oz. package of cheese).
- PAM spray a large foil roasting pan, OR, 2 - 9" x 13" pans.
- Pour mixed ingredients into pan(s) and spread evenly. Best results is usually between 2"-3" deep all over.
- Sprinkle 8oz package of cheese on top.
- Bake at 375 for approximately 45 minutes Potatoes will be done when top is crusty and browned slightly. You can turn on broiler for 5 mins if you want darker.
