ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna or (6 ounce) can leftover fish, diced
- 2 cups sliced potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 1⁄2 cups cottage cheese
- 1⁄2 sliced chives
- 1⁄2 onion, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
- 1⁄3 lime, juice of
- 1⁄2 jalapeno, diced
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
directions
- Put all ingredients except mozzarella in a large covered cassarole stir sprinkle mozzarella on top cover 375 oven for 40 minutes.

My family really enjoyed this for dinner the other night. It was a geat change from plain ole tuna casserole. I did find the cook time off. I had to bake it neaarly forty minutes longer. next time i think I will boil my potatoes slightly before then slice and add to casserole. i will definately make this again. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Made for My 3 Chefs 2009
