Amazing, beautiful, Excellent! This recipe reminded me when I was a little girl, playing in the fields, laughing, smiling dancing in the sun. My mother cooked this when I was 5, I remember everything about it- The Taste, Smell, Etc. The mushy chicken, the crunchy broccoli and the smooth rice. 1 word to describe it, Grimy tastes like dirt. You should be ashamed Lola. Who taught you how to cook? Your mom? My mom has been dead for 33 years and can cook better than this! What the heck, You Muffled chicken!

I thought it was pretty good and my hubby really liked it too the first time I made it. I made it a second time, but instead of thyme and shredded cheddar, I used smoked paprika and smoked provolone cheese..holy bologna-cakes batman!!!

Changed thyme and cheddar for paprika and smoky provolone.
