We had this for the day after X-MAS with family staying over. I made it the night before w/o the bacon, and with a red pepper instead of green and it turned out great. I also made a seperate serving w/o meat for my niece in a pop out tart pan and the smaller serving cooked well and was pretty to serve.

This was very good. I left out the jalapeno because we had kids coming, but I think next time I will add it and let the kids eat something else if they don't like it! Do use good quality bacon and eggs--they make a difference! I used reduced fat cheddar cheese because that's what I bought by mistake, and it was fine. Overall, this is a good tasting recipe where you can do much of the preperation ahead of time. (Always appreciate those!)

Awesome! We had guests stay with us for the weekend and I made this for brunch on Saturday. The smell of this baking makes your mouth water. The only thing I did different was to use pepper jack cheese in place of regular jack, because I didn't have a jalapeno pepper, it worked great. I also did not use the olives but never the less, this recipe was perfectly delicious and my guests loved it! Thanks Kittencal for another great recipe!
