  • In a non stick frying pan, fry sliced provolone cheese over medium high heat. You can add spices such as oregano, basil, chopped garlic. You can add grated parmesan or romano cheese to soak up some of the excess oil from the provolone. Watch carefully. When first side is golden brown, turn once and cook until it is a nice brown and crispy on both sides.
  • Fry hamburger patty and bacon to taste.
  • Serve on hamburger bun with lettuce and tomato (if desired).

  1. This was a very simple, easy to prepare & make, and was very tasty! I tweaked it a little to my liking: -I used ground beef instead of actual beef patties -I sprinkled the ground beef with Mccormick Grill Mates Montreal Steak seasoning to add a spicy flavor I enjoy with all meats:) -used tortillas instead of regular bread to make it like a soft taco almost Overall, this was really great for a quick dinner!
