- Ready In:
- Mix first four ingredients with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Pour into miniature muffin papers (about 3/4 full).
- Bake at 375 for 20 - 25 minutes until lightly golden on top.
- top each with a scoop of cherry pie filling.

I give these 4 stars for ease and taste. They were very easy and quick to make. They required very few ingrediants. I might would make these again if I needed something in a hurry but if i am looking for true "cheesecake" taste, I might have to look for a more indepth recipe. These just weren't the rich taste of cheesecake. But again, they were easy and fairly tasty. I enjoyed trying these.
