DIRECTIONS

  • Cook onions, bell pepper, celery in bacon grease until done.
  • Add all ingredients except shrimp and sugar.
  • Cook 1 hour.
  • Add shrimp and sugar cook additional 8-10 minutes until shrimp is done.
  • Serve over rice.
