DIRECTIONS

  • Lat out bread slices and butter one side of each piece.
  • Put on griddle butter side down and put piece of cheese on other side and top with another piece of bread, butter side up.
  • With a pancake turner, check bread until golden brown, then carefully flip over the sandwich and grill until the other side is nice and golden brown too.
  • Take off pan and serve.
