  1. I really like the taste. There is a resterant we go to in Boston that has Champagne Ving dressing and I always looking for it at home/market. This is close- I wonder if adding actual Champagne would help. We did not have any on hand. Next time. Thank you for posting.
     
  2. This was a great recipe but says yield is 16 ounces and with 3 cups of oil that is impossible
     
  3. Thank you for sharing this excellent and easy recipe. I did make some changes though. I used red wine vinegar and olive oil and then I mixed it all in my vitamix. It made a lot and that's good, because my husband says this one is a "keeper."
     
  4. Made half a recipe and was great on a Moroccan salad.
