  1. I had a bunch of celery to use up and this was a good way to do it. I also enjoyed the leftovers mixed with flakes of turkey the next day for lunch. Thanks for posting this!

  2. I am not that fond of celery, but was given a bunch of it, so I decided to try this. I had never heard of cooked celery outside of stew or gumbo. I made this with extra garlic and served it over whole wheat "egg" noodles. It was actually quite enjoyable, in spite of all that celery! Thanks.

  3. Really enjoyed this. Thanks, Parsley72!

  4. I usually cannot eat celery due to the strings getting caught in my teeth, so to find a recipe with cooked & baked celery intrigued me. I tried it two nights ago as a side with pork chops for me & my husband. It was very tasty, but I may have cooked it a bit too long because the cheese was a bit dry, I am thinking of trying it again with a little mozzarella added to the parmesan. We'll see how it goes. Overall It was a very easy recipe & tasted very good. crazy crafter

  5. This was quite tasty. The bacon and tomatoes was a nice touch. Don't think I cooked my celery quite long enough as it was rather crunchy, but will try it again sometime. Thanks!
