DIRECTIONS

  • make dressing by mixing mayo, sugar and cheese together. If not using until the next day, keep in fridge but remove 2 hours before serving salad.
  • Break lettuce and cauliflower into small pieces in large bowl, add chopped onion.
  • pour dressing a little at a time and mix together adding more dressing as needed.
