- 4 lbs regal rump roast
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup Catalina dressing
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cracked black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon sunflower oil
directions
- Mix all the ingredients and marinate the rump roast in them overnight.
- Bake in marinade at 225 for 4 hours.
