Cassy's Barbecue Chip Burgers

ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 lbs lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3⁄4 - 1 cup crushed barbecue potato chips
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 slices cheese slices (optional)
directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Form the meat mixture into patties.
- Cook the patties on the grill until no longer pink in the middle.
- Top with cheese slices, if using. Remove from the grill once the cheese is melted.

Made for Fall 09 PAC Premie Adoption. I doubled this recipe to feed all the kids who were here for dinner tonight, and used Lea & Perrins Thick Worchestershire Sauce. Everyone gobbled these burgers up and the adults raved about them gave out this special recipe to several. I don't usually eat hamburgers, but would eat these again. Thank you for a great BBQ burger.
