This is a wonderful recipe.
Cassava needed some time to be ready, I've done this step in the microwave, but I had to wait at least 10 minutes!
It was the fist time for me a recipe with cassava (other names manioc and yucca). I found it in the shop and I found the recipe in the ZWT7 cookbook (Africa). If you have some, try this recipe.
I'm sure that with sweep potatoes, yams, conventional potatoes this would be good to, but it's not the same.
Raw cassava or unprocessed cassava can be a potential public health and safety risk due to the presence of cyanogenic glycosides in the raw or unprocessed cassava. I found the smell of raw cassave intensive!
