- 1 cup grated carrot
- 1 tablespoon miso
- 1⁄2 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
- 1 cup grapeseed oil
directions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients except oil and process on high.
- Add oil in a steady stream until well mixed.
- Refrigerate.
