  • Put bread in 9-by-9-by-2-inch pan or a 2-quart baking dish. Whisk cream, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and limoncello. Pour over bread. Let sit 20 minutes.
  • Heat oven to 350°F
  • Cover pudding with foil. Bake 40-50 minutes or until pudding is set.
  • For simple syrup, combine limoncello and sugar in a small pan. Bring to boil, stirring, to dissolve sugar. Drizzle over bread pudding.

  1. The best dessert! Should be on the menu at all times...but especially Fall and Winter!!! Use brioche if at all possible. It is really delicious!!!

  3. I'm about to make this. I ask for it every time I go to Carrabas (3 or 4 times a month) hoping they will put it on the menu permanently! Hope mine turns out as good. I'm using challah bread!
     
  4. My husband & I was at Carrabba's last night for dinner and asked about limoncello bread pudding dessert, the server said not on the menu @ this time. We told the lady @ the front desk they need to have it on the menu all the time, she told us that it's back on the menu for spring, (02/17/2019) ugh ! I'll have to go back today just for the dessert, worth the trip !
