DIRECTIONS

  • Place sirloin in one or more plastic freezer bags.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and pour an equal amount in each bag; marinate overnight.
  • If using wooden skewers, soak 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
  • Thread meat onto skewers, then grill over indirect heat, or medium for grill pan on stovetop, until done, about 5 - 8 minutes per side, depending on the heat of your grill.
