- 1 (370 ml) can carnation fat-free evaporated milk, hot
- 1 1⁄2 cups coffee, hot
- 1⁄2 cup butterscotch chips
directions
- Place ingredients in blender. Process until smooth and butterscotch chips are melted.

This might be the middle of July but it's cold, windy and stormy. This treat hit's the spot perfectly. I used strong espresso for the coffee and topped it with the last of the contents of the Cool Whip can (it was a worthy demise to be sure). This is rich, smooth and a real winner. Made for Comfort Cafe, Summer 09.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
