  • Mix tuna, jalapenos, onion and cilantro in a food processor.
  • Add mayonnaise 1 spoonful at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  • Garnish with cilantro & serve with tortilla chips.

  1. This was sooo good. I used the cilantro in the tube you get in the vegie section. I added quite a bit of jalapenos and some of the juice from the jar for the kick. It was gone in 20 minutes here in my house. Made for the APPETIZERS - Are You Ready For the Holidays? Thanks Princess.
     
  2. Excellent! Used not as a dip but as a sandwich filler. I had no cilantro on hand but no matter, it made for a very good lunch with chips & pepsi.
