  • 2 each red peppers
  • 1 each yellow pepper
  • 2 each onions
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 12 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon spike seasoning (unsalted)
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil

directions

  • Cut peppers into 1/4 inch strips lengthwise.
  • Slice onion 1/4 inch thick.
  • Heat oil in large skillet, add vegetables and season with seasonings.
  • Cook over high heat, stirring often until vegetables begin to brown and caramelize.
