- 1⁄2 cup cold coffee
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 2 cups ice
- 3 tablespoons caramel sundae syrup, plus additional for serving
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- whipped cream, for serving
directions
- In the bowl of a blender, combine coffee, sugar, milk, ice, caramel sundae syrup, and salt.
- Blend until ice is crushed and mixture is smooth.
- Transfer to 2 glasses and top with whipped cream and additional caramel syrup, if desired.
